INTERIGHTS published an issue of their bulletin (volume 14, issue 3, 2003) focused on human rights and disability. This issue contains an article written by Bengt Lindqvist entitled U.N. Standard Rules on Disability Pave the Way for Human Rights and another article by Marcia Rioux and Anne Carbert entitled Disability Rights Promotion International.
